Begin with a consultation to ask questions and explore fit. Your first full session focuses on your relationship history, current concerns and what each of you hopes will change. Together, you and your counsellor agree on a direction for the work.

Do we need to be married?

No. Couples counselling is open to partners at different stages of their relationship.

Can I come on my own?

Yes. Individual counselling offers space for your own feelings, boundaries and choices.

Meet in Langley at #106–19909 64th Avenue or Coquitlam at #211–3030 Lincoln Avenue, or attend online across British Columbia. English and Farsi appointments are available; language and availability vary by counsellor.
